Description:	Naomi Watts plays a young actress, Ellie Parker, struggling for fame and success in Hollywood (is this for Lynchian fans reminiscent of something?;-) Naomi has in fact become famous playing the role of a wannabe Hollywood actress in David Lynch's "Mulholland Drive". During this scene, Ellie has to audition for the role of an angry, junkie prostitute. I thought this was a very interesting scene, showing how some auditions take place and the emotional pressure of actors doing them. "Ellie Parker" was written and directed by Scott Coffey. The film also took part to the Sundance Film Festival in 2001.
